Where we deliver
We deliver with our own delivery partners to these areas:
- Nagothane
Delivery ₹30, free from ₹500. Cash on delivery up to ₹5,000. Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Delivery charges
Each area has its delivery charge, shown above. Delivery is free when the items in your basket add up to ₹500 or more. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Delivery days and times
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM can arrive the same day; later orders go to the next delivery day.
- You pick a delivery time at checkout from the times open for your address. A same-day time closes one hour before it ends, and busy times can fill up.
Receiving your order
Your delivery partner brings the order to the address you chose. Give them the 6-digit delivery code only when you have the order: it confirms the delivery. Anyone at the address who has the code can receive it. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready.
Delays and failed deliveries
You can follow your order on its order page. If no one can receive it, we try again or bring it back to the shop; see Refunds & Cancellations. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
School orders
When a school accepts a quotation, the store arranges delivery and billing directly with the school.
